Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, and all items are made to order with a turnaround time between two to three days.
How can I return an item?
If there is a defect on the item then we will initiate a return label. There are no out of pocket expenses to you, the buyer. We also have a right to refuse a return if we suspect negligent use or purposeful destruction of the item.
